Winter weekend in the Free State – 2017

Winters on the highveld in the North Eastern Free State are cold (by South African standards), but the days are warm and sunny with great low-angle light for photography. The beautiful stone walls, great view and fireplace made this little farmhouse cottage a real gem for a winter weekend getaway.
